Rules and Regulations:
1.
The costumes must be based on the theme “Curse of The Moon: The
Final Sacrifice”.
2.
Costumes are only to be made using recycled or reused items, and
rented or ready-made clothes are prohibited.
3.
Presenters must be in full uniform, with exception to those who
are wearing costumes.
4.
Time given for the presentation is 5 minutes. Marks will be
deducted if the time limit is exceeded.
5. The
presentation must be done either in English or Mandarin.
6. Anything
related to political, sexual or religious issues are prohibited from the banner
design and presentation.
7.
Schools have the choice to send a maximum of 3 members to
participate in the presentation, with one member required to present the
costume.
8.
The background music must be prepared by the participants and
handed in beforehand.
9.
Participants are allowed to finish their costumes before the
competition.
10.
The costumes must not be too revealing or gothic.
11.
Batteries are allowed to be used for lighting and/ or other
special effects for the costumes.
12.
Questions will be asked by the judges, and the presenters are
required to answer ALL questions asked.
13.
Violation of the rules will result in the deduction of marks.
14.
The judge’s decision is final and no complains will be entertained.
15.
The organizing committee reserves the right to amend the rules
without prior notice.
