Rules and Regulations:
1. The banner must be based on the theme ‘The Fatal Temptation: Pandora’s Box’.
2. The banner must be drawn before the function.
3. Presenters must be wearing full uniform.
4. Time given for the presentation is 5-6 minutes. Marks will be deducted for exceeding the time limit.
5. The presentation must be done in either English or Mandarin.
6. Anything related to political or religious issues should NOT be included in the banner design or presentation.
7. Schools have the choice to have a maximum of 3 persons to participate in the presentation.
8. The size of the banner should be 2m x 1m.
9. Only Pelaka mural paints, Poster Color, Water Color and Paint are allowed.
10. Participants should seek consent from the Organizing Committee to use other media or materials.
11. Participants must have a banner stand for the presentation.
12. The judges’ decisions are FINAL and complaints will not be entertained.
13. All changes and amendments are subject to the Organizing Committee.
